
Sleepless nights and early starts aint gonna stop this chick from breaking a sweat at her local Anytime gym.
Sleepless nights; self inflicted. One too many coffees! & having one at 6pm… probably not the best idea!
Early starts; well that is out of my control and starting early means I get to finish early :D thus allowing me plenty of the time to enjoy the radiant sunshine Melbourne had on display and a visit to the gym for my day 2 of 16.
Today I managed to do another total body workout with weights, I have not yet incorporated cardio as to be honest I hate cardio.

In order to see if this makes a difference I have taken my body measurements and will share results afterwards.
Next task is to minimise sweet things like Nutella and bread out of my diet over the course of 15 days.
